Shipping Policy & Times
For U.S. shipments:
Shipping costs will depend on the item(s) you are ordering, quantity, and the shipping destination. Items will be mailed via Standard Ground shipping and current USPS rates will apply.
For International shipments:
Current postal rates will apply for shipping outside the U.S. These too will depend on the item(s) ordered, quantity, and shipping destination. International customers are responsible for all import fees due upon delivery. Please consider this before making a purchase.
**Currently, no UK shipping due to VAT complexities**
I do not ship worldwide, at the moment, but I do ship to over 60 countries. If you're unable to checkout, it may be due to this. Please contact me with concerns about shipping destinations.
Matte Cardstock prints: Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery.
Satin Cardstock & Giclee prints: Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. I special order these, so they take a bit longer for delivery. They arrive to me first so I can sign and inspect them.
International shipping times can vary depending on your country's Border Customs practices.
Cancellation Policy
Contact me if you need to cancel your order. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing order.
Return Policy
All prints are made to order, so returns are not accepted unless there's a serious issue with the order. In that case, contact me with said issue. I am not responsible for damaged, stolen, or lost orders.
